Since 2006 I have operated Beer Quality Assurance Services a New Jersey Based
business serving restaurants and bars with regular maintenance and cleaning of
their draft beer systems.
I am not a corporation and I don't work for beer distributors. When you experience
my service you are getting a one on one, personal level of service that is hard to
find in this day and age. My commitment is the same as your's - That's to provide the

My customers include chain restaurants such as Applebee's, Long Horn Steak
House, and Outback. I also service very well known fine dining locations such as
Bahr's Landing, Cranbury Inn and the Molly Pitcher. Many of the hang-outs and
night spots throughout Central New Jersey also use my services.

I have kegged and carbonated at least 1,500 batches of beer. It could be 5,000
batches for all I know. One can lose count after a while. With this experience I know
what beer is all about: how its made, what ingredients are used, how its packaged
and shipped and most important how it should taste!
If a beer is "off" I can usually smell it from a distance and you can bet that
customers, friends etc can taste it.
